Best meal yet in Mexico City. Beats last night’s deep fried hot dogs.

Dud you know that Mexico has a huge Vegetarian and Vegan population?

With great thanks to Mason. He was also up at 4:00 am to drive us there.

Between my Latin class and haircut I needed food. A block from my hair guy’s place there was a pod of food trucks. Included was this pair. Vegan on the right. It was great. I get to go back at least when I have my next hair appointment which I set up with an extra half hour time so I can sit and enjoy the food.

There are creatues out and about. You should be careful this month.
